Scale-up is where most lyophilisation programmes lose time. Dara's LyoMicron laboratory freeze dryer and LyoLab 10/20/30 pilot lyophilisers run on the same control software as Dara production freeze dryers. Cycle recipes developed in the lab therefore transfer directly to larger scale, with far less re-development and re-validation.
