Do you service instruments not purchased from Saksham?
Yes, for brands we represent (ESCO, TSI, Dara, Vivagen) wherever they were bought. Contact us with the model and serial number.
What documents do we receive after a service visit?
A signed service report with test results and, where applicable, calibration certificates and qualification protocols for your GMP records.
